In Automic Web Interface (AWI) the "Ignore sync conditions" is missing from Process Monitoring.

When more activities which are in a status of "
Waiting for Sync" are selected, the "Ignore sync conditions" option is not available in the context menu.

In previous Automation Engine versions containing the Java User Interface (UI) this option was available from the Context menu.


Cause type:
Root Cause: The option "Ignore Sync" is not available for multi-select options for Process Monitoring and should be visible if a task is in a state of "WAITING FOR SYNC".

An enhancement request has been submitted and is being reviewed for inclusion into a future release to add the "Ignore Sync" option to the multi-select options for Process Monitoring so that it will be visible if a task is in a state of "WAITING FOR SYNC".
