Message "U00003335 Process with Process ID '0000031588' is not available in the Service Manager." during WP startup although the process id is available

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00003335 Process with Process ID '0000031588' is not available in the Service Manager.

During startup of a WP server the error message above might appear. When checking the mentioned process id, it can also be found in the Service Manager. For example,  it can be seen in the Service Manager Dialog (process id 31588):

Root Cause: Only appears If the Service Manager doesn't use the default port 8871. Is no service manager port is defined in the key SMGR_PORT_RANGE in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS, the WP looks for the Service Manager under the default port 8871. That causes this error message. As soon as the SMGR_PORT_RANGE is defined correctly, the error message will no longer be displayed.

Resolution

Define the SMGR_PORT_RANGE correctly and the error message will no longer be displayed.
