Error Message :
U00005407 UCUHSTA: Found no filter compliance for Agent ''

HSTA objects fail to set the right license category for agents under certain conditions.
If  several license categories are available for the same agent type and class, the HSTA will fail to properly assign the license category to the agent(s).

Connect to the AWI in client 0 and create a HSTA object. Define the following rules for agents:
  • should connect to client <set a valid client number>
  • '<set a license category>' license category.

<Please see attached file for image>

Start the agent. The license category set in the HSTA will not be assigned to the agent:
20170831/164115.340 - U00034014 Agent '<Agent_name>' uses license ('<number>' / '<category'> / '<Agent_type>' / '<license_class>').
20170831/164115.372 - U00005407 UCUHSTA: Found no filter compliance for Agent '<Agent name>'.

Cause type:
By design
Root Cause: The license category field cannot be used to automatically assign a license category to the agent. It is simply used as a filter by the HSTA.
The HSTA's only purpose is to assign agents to clients.

Release: AUTWAB99000-11.0-Automic Workload Automation-Base Edition

Edit the agent to manually set the license category in its properties. The HSTA cannot be used for this purpose.
