Issue/Introduction

Problems with SSL tunnel that you got a message: "failed to connect to hub"

Environment

Any environment that is using Tunnel inside a VPN connection between hubs.

Cause

If you have a data center (Hub)  connected to another data center (Hub) and configured the UIM tunnel to go over an IPSec tunnel on the router

The UIM tunnel and IPsec tunnel will interfere with each other

Resolution

It just needs to be a straight connection over the internet, using ports 48002 not the tunnel/client Server (Port 48003)
