Collector Agent instrumentation errors when NODE-JS probe connects.

Issue/Introduction

 The APM probe does not generate any metrics.   You see errors like or similar to the following.

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.CollectorAgent Agent] Unable to create tracer factories for the following class (library not found): DeepTracer

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.CollectorAgent Agent] Introscope AutoProbe will not run because the provided directives files are not valid: Can't proceed because the flag "HttpFrontendTracing" is never declared. 

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.CollectorAgent Agent] Failed to load extensions bundles PBDs

Resolution

 The collector agent instrumentation will fail if the directives are not correct.  

 

 introscope.autoprobe.directivesFile needs to be clear of any conflicts or duplicates of Tracers.  Note that in 10.5.2.0 and above the directives should just be 'hotdeploy'.  In this situation, the extensions folder should be clear of any conflicts or duplicates of Tracers.
