AE server process fails to start and a U00011893 Work process 'UC4T#WP004' will be shut down error appears in the log

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes it can happen that an AE Server Process does not start. In the logs, the following error message is displayed.
 

U00011893 Work process 'UC4T#W04' will be shut down because its netArea differs from the netArea of the primary server
 

A second restart a few moments later works again.

Release: AUTWAB99000-11.0-Automic Workload Automation-Base Edition

Cause

The netArea of a new work process is not up to date in the socket list when the Start message of the new work process comes to the primary work process, causing the work process to shut down.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Additional Information

Restart the server process.
