Invalid year 2016 for "since". The minimum value is the previous year (2017).
command in error!!

uxadd cal fails if the start year of the calendar is prior the current year, this is not consistent with UVC, which allows the start year back to 2000.
Furthermore, on UVC calendars can be created up to 2049, whereas on the CLI the maximum is 2036.
Finally, the error message returned when the end year is prior to the start year is not very clear:
Out of memory. Error!
