Trying to shut down SpectroSERVER via Control Panel and getting "SPC-OCP-10045: Operation not permitted"

Cause
The error 'SPC-OCP-10045: Operation not permitted" indicates a permissions issue on the Control Panel. The user currently trying to shut down the SpectroSERVER may not have permission to do so.
Typically the Spectrum Install user is recommended to start/stop the SpectroSERVER. In some cases, the Spectrum Install user started the Server, but another user is trying to Stop it. This can cause "SPC-OCP-10045: Operation not permitted"
Resolution
Recommended resolution is to log in as Spectrum Install user and stop the SpectroSERVER.
