Access denied or Permissions issues on DUAS Nodes recently added to Node View

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
When increasing the main log level to 0,SECURITY we find this kind of messages in universe.log
|WARN |X|IO |pid=pid.tid| o_io_cache_data_provider_ | Group not found locally: 600
|ERROR|X|IO |pid=pid.tid| o_io_cache_get | Object not found

Newly created Dollar Universe 6 nodes added to an existing "Node View" are not automatically synchronized with the corresponding  "Security Groups". 

As a result, command line executions like uxordre / uxadd will not work by default since the systems user will belong to the "Read-only" group.

UVC Users will probably also be affected as they won't be able to Launch nor Update Jobs.

Workaround :
Manually launch a Full Synchronization on the node from UVC (or delete u_sync.dta file from the folder data).
