When creating a new Process Flow, adding components and selecting the 'Apply' between components will result in an 'ORA-20034 duplicate' error.

  1. Open Process Flow Selector
  2. Select New
  3. Define items in General tab
  4. Open Components tab
  5. Add a TEST_JOB
  6. Apply (don't click ok to close)
  7. Add another TEST_JOB
  8. Apply or OK will throw the error.

Cause type:
Root Cause: Cllicking 'Apply' between adding components to a new Process flow results in a 'Duplicate' error. This is a bug.

This only occurs the first time a second Component is added to a Process Flow and Apply/OK is selected. Closing/reopening or continuing to build Process Flow will not be met with the same error.
