CPs crash randomly and produce core dumps when multiple Agents use same Agent name

U00003413 Socket call 'recv(180353)' returned error code '110'.
Connection timed out

If multiple agents of the same type are using the same agent name, the Automation Engine will experience CP crashes randomly.

When this occurs, multiple lines similar to those errors above can be seen in the Automation Engine logs.

Core dumps will be found in the Automation Engine's "temp" directory for the CP crashes.

Root Cause: CPs sporadically crash with a core dump if duplicate agent names are used.
