MQMEM Cache Value defined in UCSRV.ini not applied

In the UCsrv.ini file the default cache values are defined: [CACHE]
script=3000000
vara=3000000
mqmem=3000000
The value for MQMEM is not applied by the application.
From the SYSTEM OVERVIEW neither the JAVA UI nor the AWI is showing the correct value for MQMEM as shown below.

Without this cache setting, performance is impacted due to additional I/O against the Database.

Additional Information
Workaround :
Set the MQMEM cache manually via the Primary Worker Process properties as shown below.
