Issue/Introduction
Error Message : AgentGroup 'HOSTG.', client '1000', version '6' has been resolved. then Task with RunID '0034247093' will be re-started as soon as host 'HOSTG.' is active again or the previous error has been corrected.
Intermediately JOBS get stuck in waiting for the host when using HOSTG even though the Agent never goes offline.
When different jobs are executed at the same time one fails and one works and the same job might work 6-8 times and then not work.
Switching one job to just use the agent doesn't cause any failures at all.
In the report we see similar errors to those above and there aren't any other error in any of the WPs, CPs or Agent logs.
Cause
Cause type: By design Root Cause: If you want to use the prompt during definition time you must use a valid host/login within the object or variable.
Environment
OS Version: N/A
Resolution
If you use the definition for the file list variable with object login/agent and the defined type is a HOSTG- there is no Host Group resolution during the definition.
This behavior is by design. If you want to use the prompt during definition time you must use a valid host/login within the object or variable.
