Unable to run Jobs from recently installed or upgraded MVS Agent, receive U00052009 error

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00052009 UCUCM: invalid or defect encrypted value found

After a fresh installation or upgrade of an MVS Agent, the Agent will connect to the Automation Engine but no jobs will run. Jobs are getting stuck in a "Ready to Start" status and not proceeding forward. The above error message is found in the WP log files.

Root Cause: Incorrect password contained in the login object. This error occurs if the password is stored incorrectly in the database and it cannot be decrypted by the Automation Engine.

Resolution

Edit the Login Object(s) associated with the jobs which are not executing and re-enter the user's password.
