In some cases, the error code can be 3 ( article not found):

In other cases, the error code can be 11 ( article locked):

Since Dollar Universe 6.7.41, some tasks stop being scheduled randomly with the error message - Failed saving TA Article to IO server (error X) o, being X either 3 or 11.
This has been seen after stopping and restarting the calculator or during the next Job Launch Calculation of some Tasks.
