SSL Certificate menu in Agent settings: clicking browse button results in NullPointerException

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
java.lang.NullPointerException
at java.util.Arrays.sort(Unknown Source)
at com.uc4.ra.gui.widgets.filebrowsing.AgentFileView.getAgentFiles(AgentFileView.java:683)

When attempting to browse for an SSL certificate, the Agent panel will instead display the null pointer exception shown above.

Investigation
  1. In Client 0, edit the Web Service agent object. 
  2. Select the Web Service tab and the SSL Certificate menu item on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Click the browse button next to the "Keystore" field or the browse button next to the "Certificate File" field 

 

Cause

Cause type:

Root Cause: From the Web Service agent object when a user attempts to choose a "Keystore" file and clicks on the browse button a NullPointerException error is displayed.

Additional Information

Workaround :
  1. Add the certificates manually and restart the agent.

  1. Add the new certificates to the existing list from Java.
