UIM mobile_app does not work as expected when logged to the Mobile app with an account/contacts.

Issue/Introduction

Receiving Notifications Outside of the Application does not work as expected when logged to the Mobile app with an account/contacts

Even if the app properly segregate systems and alarms with the correct origin assigned to the belonging account, the push notifications for alarms outside the application come from all origins.

Environment

UIM 8.5.1ump_mobile app used

Resolution

The resolution for this defect is on the server side and not to the mobileapp. 

• install sp1 for UIM 8.5.1 first. It could be downloaded here.
• request ump_mobile_8.5.1_HF1 from support and deploy on top to wasp robot.

 

 

Additional Information

The wasp probe will be restarted during the deployment.

If you need to rollback, install the previous 8.5.1 GA version from the archive (via Infrastructure Manager or Admin Console).
