I am having a problem downloading CA InterTest CICS with CSM.
CA InterTest CICS 10.0 fails to download. It shows the connection to ftp://scftpd.ca.com:21 refused. Is this a problem at my location or at CA? We have been able to download software with no problems in the past few months.
The next morning the client tried again to download CA InterTest CICS 10.0 and it is worked fine to download the files.
The workaround for this error is to wait awhile and try again. It could be a high traffic situation.
If it continues, then please open a new case at the CA Support Portal.
