Getting CA Endevor error : ENDE056E Element in Use

Issue/Introduction

Get error ENDE056E: The Element is currently being used by another ENDEVOR user
But can't identify this user...

Message guide said Action: Try again later when the Element may be available.

Is there any way of finding out who the user or batch job that is using the element is ?

Environment

All supported Releases 

Cause

The Element is currently being used by someone else. This may be an on-line user or a batch job.

Resolution

Use the command:   -   DISPLAY GRS,res=(CTLIELEM,*)

Also, If MIM is available, the message MIM1038I and MIM1039I may occur which will identify the user.
