The effective demand calculation is not recognizing that we have 6 discovered products in ARP for the product named Oracle Crystal Ball Application User.
Effective demand only shows that we have more licenses than usages.
The license is per application user, not per device. If the device does not have a user, then the demand cannot be calculated.
Since the metric is 'user based' and not device based, the effective demand cannot be calculated as there is no user linked to the discovered device.
You will need to review the EULA for the Oracle Crystal Ball Application User product to see how the metric is applied.
Typically for an application user, the metric engine indicates that the count should be the number of people using, connected to or with access to the server.
This may require a 3rd level custom connector to retrieve this information from other sources.
