After uninstalled a hotfix, a blank page is displayed when accessing to WebView.
Clear the cache on Enterprise Manager:
1. Stop the Enterprise Manager
2. Delete all directories / folders in <EM_HOME>/product/webview/configuration (do NOT delete the config.ini)
3. Delete all directories / folders in <EM_HOME>/product/enterprisemanager/configuration (do NOT delete the config.ini)
4. Delete all contents in <EM_HOME>/work
5. Clear the appropriate browser cache
6. Start the Enterprise Manager
