Issue/Introduction

Jaspersoft iReporter License Expires 9/30/2017 - How do I get a new license?

Environment

UIM 7.6 and laterUnified ReportsUnified ReporterJaspersoft iReporter

Cause

UMP comes with a license for Jaspersoft iReporter Professional.  The license installed currently is going to expire on 9/30/2017. 

Resolution

The probe with the new license is now available. To install the new license: 

1. Obtain the wasp_unified_reports_license.zip package from the Archive page at http://support.nimsoft.com. 

2. Use Admin Console or Infrastructure Manager to deploy the wasp_unified_reports_license.zip package to the robot where Unified Reporter is installed. 

3. If your license has already expired, log out and then log back in to UMP to restore functionality.
