The Health Report is showing an error (red diamond) on MSSQL environments for the Data Warehouse > Timeslice Setup > Week Start Dates even if they are correct.

(On a properly configured PPM environment using MSSQL)

  1. Make sure all Weekly Time Slices start on Monday and that the Administration > Project Management > Settings for the First Day of Work Week is a Monday, too.
  2. Run the Administration > Security and Diagnostigs > Health Report
  3. Go to Data Warehouse tab

Expected Results: If everything is properly configured, 100% will show up as green.

Actual Results: Week Start Dates will appear as red and a link to Fix it, pointing to Time Slice configuration.

This has been reported to Engineering as DE36665.

This has been reported against CA PPM v15.2 and v15.3.

This issue has been fixed in our development code and targeted to be included in our next major release (v15.4).
