Unable to update the data into Legal document using data importer

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to update the data for legal documents using the data importer, and receive the error

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection

Cause

This is a known issue in patch levels prior to APM 14.1, test fix number T6EE194

Environment

CA Asset Portfolio Management 14.1, any patch level prior to T6EE194

Resolution

This has been fixed in the latest APM 14.1, C4 (and above) patch level.
