We are trying to update the data for legal documents using the data importer, and receive the error
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection
This is a known issue in patch levels prior to APM 14.1, test fix number T6EE194

This has been fixed in the latest APM 14.1, C4 (and above) patch level.
