Issue/Introduction

Importing saved CAI transactions using the portal fails with "Failed to import transactions. Unknown error".

Cause

Adjustments must be made to a configuration file.

Environment

DevTest 10.0.0 only

Resolution

  1. Edit this file: DevTest_HOME/webserver/webapps/lisa-pathfinder-invoke/WEB-INF/classes/application.yml 
  2. Find the section (most likely at line 74): 
    controllers: 
    defaultScope: singleton
  3. Add these lines below the "defaultScope: singleton" line: 
    maxFileSize: 2147483647 # 2147483647 #Integer.MAX_SIZE + 1 bytes, 2 GB 
    maxRequestSize: 2147483647 
    Note: Any indention must be done with spaces, tabs are not allowed. 
  4. Restart DevTest 
  5. Try to import the transactions again.
