After database refresh on a lower environment, my MUX link still points to Production

Issue/Introduction

After a database refresh on a lower environment, my New UX (MUX) link still points to Production. Instead of opening MUX on the same environment, it opens a login to another environment.

Cause

The link to MUX points to another environment, this has to be corrected after the refresh as the value is saved in the database and will not be updated.

Resolution

1. Go to Classic PPM Administration - Objects - Projects - Actions
2. Find Link to New User Experience
3. Select to Edit
4. Correct the URL to point to the lower environment, Save and Return
5. In the drop-down menu in Home, click the Refresh icon

Additional Information

Tip:

If the external link URL is modified to just /pm on production, then the problem would not surface after a DB refresh
