ERROR MESSAGE PP011E: "Thread to DB2 could not be established"

Issue/Introduction

Tryng to explain a SQL procedure from detector user received the following error message: 

PP011E: A thread to the specified DB2 subsystem could not be established through the Call Attach Facility (CAF) or Resource Recovery Service Attachment Facility (RRSAF). Use the following information, provided  by the CAF/RRSAF component, to help you resolve the problem.   request=IDENTIFY   RTN=012,RCODE=0006,DB2 SYSTEM ID NAME D11G IS INVALID                         If you cannot resolve the problem, contact CA Support.

Resolution

Problem caused by an unvalid RULESSID = control card. Providing the correct RULESSID will resolve the problem.
