I upgraded my CA SAM environment from 4.1.x -> 4.2.0 and noticed my email templates functionality no longer handled.
Checking the App e-mail configuration showed -OK
Corrupted installation package of the patch .zip file
Re-download the package.
Remove any files/folders that were generated from the first attempt of this installation.
Before unzipping place this package on the server in which the installation is being handled.
Re-install from this new downloaded package.
The unzipping of these packages on a work station then moved to the server for the install can cause them become corrupted.
