Unable to create new instance

Issue/Introduction
When I try to create a new instance, the installation fails. In Install_aedb.log I see following error message

Environment
Autosys 11.3.6 SP6 on Windows using SQL
Cause
The password being used to create the AEDB database contained special character &.
Resolution
After modifying the password without special character, the AEDB was successfully created.
