Issue/Introduction

When attempting to "Retrieve Spool File" via the CA-7 Web Client, we receive the following error message: 

There are no items to satisfy the request. 

In the SCHSRVR started task, we see this error:

Nonzero rc from sql driver  RC= ffffd042.

Cause

User does not have access to the resource required to retrieve spool data for agent jobs.

Resolution

The security administrator would need to grant user access to resource L2AGX.  Access to this resource will allow user to do the AGFILE command which is used to retrieve spool data.
