Issue/Introduction

In IE there is no error but in chrome, when trying to open any form, it returns a 403 HTTP status for catalogrequestgetforms URL

Environment

Service Catalog 14.1 Cumulative 2 or later

Cause

The USMHOME/view/webapps/usm/WEB-INF/web.xml file has not been configured with the USS and Catalog URL's after the upgrade.

Resolution

Implement the Post Installation steps to Enable CORS filter:
