Search filter not recognizing wild card * in front of value even when account contains the value.

Issue/Introduction

In the search filter, unable to use the * wild card in front of the account value.

For example.,  Account name is Example Smith. 

Works: Name contains eit (for Smith)
Works: name = eit* 
Does not work = *eit*

* should allow you to search the name which contains the values before and after.

Cause

This is a defect in IDM 14.0.1.  A hotfix was created.

• Defect:  DE299966

Open a case with support if you need the above hotfix, referencing the defect number.
