Spectrum & Service Desk integration error. SPC-OCC 10262: ERROR LAUNCHING

Issue/Introduction

When trying to generate an incident manually. 

Error comes up: 

SPC-OCC 10262: ERROR LAUNCHING 

Service desk/createticket?alarmId=58e4f2af-44de-103b-02bf-com.aprisma.spectrum.app.sd.servlet.ServiceDeskServlet.Tick 

Environment

CA Spectrum 10.2 Windows 2008 R2

Resolution

1) Must clear out the ServiceDesk_Asset_ID attribute for each Spectrum device model from the component detail page, Attributes TAB. 

2) When a Spectrum alarm is received from the device again, the CI will be created in Service Desk again. 

The new identifier is returned to Spectrum OneClick and written to the device model's ServiceDesk_Asset_ID attribute properly.
