Issue/Introduction

Users in the same User Group with the same privileges are seeing different quick filters in Spectrum Web Client

The Web Client User below sees all three of the quick filters: Assignment, Severity and Type:

The Web Client User below is in the same User Group with the same Roles and Privileges but only sees the Severity and Type quick filters:

<Please see attached file for image>

Cause

The Web Client quick filters are only displayed if the user is displaying the associated alarm column in the Web Client.
