A user was performing a list function using the NXBRIDGE Eclipse plugin for RDz, because it was taking a long time to receive the results, he canceled the request within RDz. However the task running on the mainframe did not cancel.
The user repeated the same steps multiple time and ended up with 5 started tasks running.
The tasks had to be canceled by operation to resolve the performance issues.
The solution is to place a 5 second time limit in the submitted NXBRIDGE OPPENDEV PROC.
