Issue/Introduction

Complex Data Lookups are not firing properly or are taking to long to complete.

Resolution

Hotfix RO97405 includes new enhancements to support complex policy evaluation at run time, taking into consideration data externally fed to the Policy Database, User Attribute and User Definitions.

Note: These enhancements work only with SQL database, and is not supported
on Oracle database.
