Issue/Introduction

Spectrum asserted a DUPLICATE MODEL DETECTED alarm on a model as expected. The alarm was cleared by a user. However, Spectrum did not reassert the DUPLICATE MODEL DETECTED alarm as expected.

Cause

When the user manually clears the DUPLICATE MODEL DETECTED alarm, Spectrum resets the IsDuplicateModel attribute to No. Therefore, Spectrum will not reassert the DUPLICATE MODEL DETECTED alarm until a restart of the SpectroSERVER process.

Resolution

Use the Event Configuration editor to set the DUPLICATE MODEL DETECTED alarm asserted by the 0x0001090f event to be non-user clearable.
