Was the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) EXCP0376 exception introduced in release r19?

Resolution

EXCP0376 was introduced at IDB2 release r18. Nearly every IFCID 376 record being processed is indicating that a rebind
of SYSSH200 is needed. SYSSH200 is the internal package used by Db2 Call Level Interface for client connections and dynamic SQL.
