Trying to create large quantities of health records via the TDM Portal quickly. However, we are getting "Invalid subscript in column reference for table RESULTS, column CONTEXTID, expression ^PATIENT.CONTEXTID(1)^". There is a known workaround that uses Datamaker (DM) to publish. However, this method is very slow due to the restrictions (32 bit architecture) and the methods needed to process in DM. Therefore, this type of a work around is not acceptable. We need a fix for this please.
In order to isolate this issue to the TDM Portal, this publish was configured and executed without error from DataMaker (DM).
The three CSV's were registered into DM. Their names are PATIENT, ORDER, and RESULTS. In the generation rules for ORDER and RESULTS, there are references to resolved columns from PATIENT.
In an attempt to mitigate the error, I have deleted and recreated the rule that caused the error in the Portal generator's dialogue, but the error persists. The publish job to CSV fails from TDM Portal with the following error:
"Invalid subscript in column reference for table RESULTS, column CONTEXTID, expression ^PATIENT.CONTEXTID(1)^"
