Issue/Introduction

I am trying to execute "ca-spclaims-12.52-sp01-cr07-win64" on

SharePoint Form Server on Windows 2016 and we are getting below

exception and the program stops.

Environment

Agent for SharePoint 12.52SP1CR07 on Windows 2012;spagent-12.52-sp01-cr07-win32SharePoint Server 2016 on Windows 2016;

Cause

We support Agent for SharePoint 12.52SP1CR07 on Windows 2012R2. Thus,

the SharePoint Server 2016 should run on Windows 2012R2, not

Windows 2016. The error that you face means that the OS isn't

supported :

To solve the issue, you need to install the SharePoint Server 2016 on
