Issue/Introduction
I can add a new node to Service Desk Manager AA Environment with different operating system, in our case, current nodes are Windows 2008 R2, and new node will be Windows 2012 R2.
Is it possible that a Advanced Availability (AA) Environment can operate with different Operating Systems?

CA Service Desk Manager 14.1.x / 17.1.x / 17.2.x
Advanced Availability (AA) or Conventional Mode
Resolution
Cross platform is not supported, it might work, but not supported.
