Export problem -Columns in the wrong place with Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

After setting the columns and exporting the data, the columns are not in the right place.  Part of the data is in another column.  This happens with the IE11 browser

Cause

This is a known problem with Microsoft IE when you are in the Trusted Zone.  Web Viewer calculates distances from the left hand side to determine the column length. This required a Fixed Pitch font. However, Microsoft changes the font in the Trusted Zone and makes the calculations invalid.

Resolution

If you are a "Trusted Site" using Web Viewer, please use a different zone. Please use "Intranet Zone"
