New WORKATTR sub field

Issue/Introduction

IBM just added a new field called WAEMAIL(e-mail) is this field going to be available to Top Secret soon? Specifies the user's fully qualified e-mail address in the format user@domain, such as [email protected].

ENHANCEMENT DESCRIPTION:                                          
                                                                  
Add support to allow an email address to be specified in a new    
field (WAEMAIL) on the WORKATTR user profile record.              
                                                                  
Email addresses have a maximum length of 246 bytes and are unique 
among all users.  The email address is a mixed case field.        
Support has also been added to the R_usermap                      
Callable Service for mapping a userid to this email address and   
mapping an email address to a userid.
