Publishing a table with zero rows is not working in the Portal

Issue/Introduction

TDM Portal Version : 4.3
I am trying to publish with table count as 0 for one of the tables in a generator and it is throwing a null pointer exception .

[ERROR] [taskExecutor-75 ] --- [U:][M:][P:] c.c.t.p.l.TDMPublishLog: java.lang.NullPointerException at com.ca.tdm.publ.output.TDMPublishTGTOutput.outputBatchRows(TDMPublishTGTOutput.java:271) at com.ca.tdm.publ.model.TDMPublishJobStart.publishTableBatchedRows(TDMPublishJobStart.java:1363) at com.ca.tdm.publ.model.TDMPublishJobStart.publishBatchedRows(TDMPublishJobStart.java:1347) at com.ca.tdm.publ.model.TDMPublishJobStart.doPublishTables(TDMPublishJobStart.java:1035) at com.ca.tdm.publ.model.TDMPublishJobStart.doPublish(TDMPublishJobStart.java:530) at com.ca.tdm.publ.publthread.TDMPublishThread.run(TDMPublishThread.java:46) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1149) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:624)

As per the docops, https://docops.ca.com/ca-test-data-manager/4-1/en/release-notes/resolved-issues, this issue has been addressed in 4.1 version. Not sure if there is any patch needed to resolve the issue in 4.3 portal.

Cause

Previous fix was not included in the GA as it was done after the GA time.

Environment

TDM 4.3

Resolution

Development has a patch for this issue. It is version TDMWeb-4.3.66.0. Please contact CA Support for this version or later.  If you are installing/upgrading to a later GA, please check with CA Support and verify that this fix is in the GA you are planning to use.
