It appears that when the CAS9013A warning messages are issued on a Fujitsu MSP system, it causes the CA Panvalet ISPF interface to fail with the B78 error. This does not occur with the IBM operating system.
The Emergency Key Generator (EKG) used for after hour situations does not resolve the problem.
Need new permanent X7 and X8 LMP keys or if new permanent LMP keys can't be provided until the next business day, need temporary LMP keys from a Customer Care Representative with an expire date 60 days out to eliminate the CAS9 warning messages.
Once the CAS9 messages are eliminated, the B78 is eliminated and the Panvalet online system works.
