While registering a new table in the TDM Portal, I am receiving the following error message: ORA-28040 No matching authentication protocol exception is received.
This issue is caused by the TDMModelService having two JDBC drivers in the Portal's lib folder.
You can resolve this by removing the ojdbc6-18.104.22.168.0.jar file from C:\Program Files\CA\CA Test Data Manager Portal\tomcat\webapps\TDMModelService\WEB-INF\lib\ folder. Once you remove the file, restart the TDM Portal service and the error message should not be seen again.
