Blank screen posed on logging on to CA's AOK Arcot application for authentication. This issue occurs when using a Chrome browser version 53.xx and above. Essentially AOK's flash ArcotID client requires Flash to be enabled and Flash is not automatically enabled on newer versions of chrome. This document will guide you with screenshots to enable Flash such that one can load the AOK login screen successfully.
AOK ArcotID client application requires that Flash be enabled in the browser. Chrome does not enable Flash automatically on newer browser versions.
Please follow these steps to enable Flash in the Chrome browser so that your AOK Login application loads correctly
1. Open a chrome window and populate the address bar with this this command - "chrome://flags/#run-all-flash-in-allow-mode" as shown below.

3. Access the you login page that is supported by AOK ArcotiD Client.
