Issue/Introduction

Why is the metric selections box empty with a red bar around it? 

Why is the metric selections box empty with a red bar around it when I try to run an On Demand Report?

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

Resolution

When you get a red box around that window for metric selection it means that the device/element is coming from a data source other then the Data Aggregator. On Demand report can only be run for devices/elements that come from the Data Aggregator.
