The display of list view column values is governed by the Attribute Value Protection (AVP) If an specific attribute is placed on a secured subpage or a page with a display condition, this will be displayed or not based on the AVP settings. These can be checked at: 1. Go to 'Administration' -> 'Studio' -> 'Objects' 2. Select the 'Task' object on this case. It could happen to any other object too. 3. Go to 'Views' tab -> 'Task List' view > '[Options]' 4. Check the 'Attribute Value Protection' value.
Based on what is selected as AVP setting, column figures will display or not 1. Use display conditions and secured subpages to protect attribute values on this list ◦The application will check each attribute column to determine if the attribute is on a secured subpage and check if the end-user has the appropriate right ◦The application will check each row of the attribute column to determine if the value for the attribute on the row meets the display condition criteria 2.Use only secured subpages to protect attribute values on this list ◦The application will check each attribute column to determine if the attribute is on a secured subpage and check if the end-user has the appropriate right 3.Display all attribute values on this list ◦The application does not have to check for display conditions or secured subpage access rights - all data is shown on the list
