Portal: Failed to get the list of profiles

CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)

Issue/Introduction

After a system reboot, when I am in the Portal Connection Profiles page, I get the following error message: Failed to get the list of profiles.

 

Environment

CA Test Data Manager (TDM)- Portal

Resolution

The most common resolution for this issue is to restart the TDM Portal Service.
